Special Luminous Botanicus for Friends (now sold out)

The Friends are celebrating Canberra’s Enlighten Festival with Luminous Botanicus, a very special evening in the beautiful Australian National Botanic Gardens for the Friends of the ANBG and Friends of other Canberra institutions. Friends around the Lake members are invited to attend a special invitation only night of the Australian National Botanic Gardens Luminous Botanicus – a special 2015 Enlighten event.

This is a rare opportunity to wander through the Gardens at night experiencing lantern lit pathways and thematic garden lighting – complemented by music and visual performances.

This self guided walk commences in the lush Rainforest Gully, then passes through the conifers, Rock Garden, Australian Daisy Garden and Eucalypt Lawn. Your evening will conclude with refreshments and a dramatic fire and drum performance in the Red Centre Garden.

Tickets are $24 per person and each member of a Friends around the Lake organisation can bring one guest at the member`s price.
