Summer Sounds 2016

presented by Maliganis Edwards Johnson

Great variety of music for our community!  We have something for you: see our line-up below.

Brought to you by the Friends of the Gardens and the Australian National Botanic Gardens.

Presented over eight nights, the concerts commence 5.30pm and conclude 7.30pm (with the exception of our
special Australia Day concert which will have an extended concert finish time of 8pm on Sunday 24 January).

General entry to Summer Sounds 2016 is $5, concession $2 (Centrelink or high school/college card), and
children 12 years and under free. All funds go to run the concerts and to support projects for the Gardens.

Enjoy the on-site catering from our food and drink concessionaires including wood-fired pizzas, cold bar, gelato
ice-cream, pulled pork burritos and barista coffee.

Concerts will be cancelled on days of total fire ban or severe weather conditions. Contact the Visitor Centre on
(02) 6250 9540 or monitor ANBG Twitter (@ANBG) or this website for updates.

For more information on bands, how to get there, parking and entry - go to the Gardens' Summer Sounds 2016
webpage
. Please note that events have limited venue and parking capacity. Summer Sounds 2016 is a Smoke Free event.

The Friends are seeking volunteers to help run the concerts - find out more here.

We thank our generous sponsors for making this event for the enjoyment of the Canberra community:
