Eucalyptus ficifolia
The Friends have been awarded a $12,000 grant by the Bjarne K Dahl Trust to develop a self-guiding nature trail through the Gardens. It will feature 12 or so mature eucalypt specimens. Each specimen will have an interpretive sign with a key message about eucalypts. The project is being managed for the Friends by Anne Campbell and John Turnbull, in consultation with Sabrina Sonntag and other Gardens’ staff. The project will be finished by the end of 2012.
