This page contains information for registered attendees.
Your registration includes all talks and discussion sessions, day tours at the Australian National Botanic Gardens, parallel sessions, visits to cultural institutions, out and about tours, lunches, morning teas and afternoon refreshments and the Welcome Drinks function.
Our Night Walks and Post-Conference Tour have also booked out, and bookings for the Conference dinner on Wednesday 18 October have also closed.
When you registered, you were given a ‘Booking Number’, and an email was sent to you confirming your registration. Your tax invoice/receipt was attached to the email.
Your credit card statement will show that the registration fee has been paid to Conference Online.
You can use your ‘Booking Number’ and password to log in to the conference registration website.
Optional extras can be cancelled, but the cancellation will incur an administrative charge of $27.50 deducted from the refund (see Cancellations below). However, if you wish to cancel your ticket for the night walk, you should cancel it online, no administrative fee will be charged, and your refund of the $12 will be available when you check in at the conference. No refund will be given for the night walk if you cancel after 30 September.
If you need to cancel your conference registration, the following refund limits will apply and an administrative fee will be deducted from any refund made:
The administrative fee is a $27.50 ($25 plus GST) charge for processing a refund, paid to the Conferences Online registration service.

Conference attendees are advised to arrange travel insurance. The Friends of the ANBG hold no responsibility for the cancellation of accommodation, flight bookings, car rental or other arrangements.
